About Us
Hello, my name is Chase Palmer, and this is my family. My wife and I are high school sweethearts and have been married since 2012. We both grew up here in the valley and are now raising our own kids here.
Where We Started
I have always had an interest in entrepreneurship and as a child wanted to own a cleaning business. Growing up I was meticulous about everything having a place and being neat and tidy. I am still this way today, you can ask my wife.
I started Palmer’s Window Washing when I was halfway through my college education at LCSC. I set up my schedule so I could attend classes a few days a week and work the other few days. I started to earn a lot of business and became really busy. At the time most, if not all of my customers didn’t know that I was a full time student. So I did skip an occasional class, but was able to keep a high GPA. I graduated with a bachelors in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing in 2018.
Now years later we have 4 vehicles and have expanded our list of services, which include:

Figuring Out the Cost of Window Washing
How dirty is the glass? Dirtier windows generally require more tools and time.
Number of windows. The more windows you need washed the more you can expect to pay.
Ease of access. Ladders, special tools and extra time may be required to clean some hard-to-reach windows.
Inside, outside or both? Selecting interior-only or exterior-only service may save you a little money. We recommend both services for best results.
Extra services include: Screen cleaning, windowsills, tracks, and paint or hard water removal.
